These have consequently become an integral part of Coversity (for youth 14-21 years old). | | | | | #1: Gift your child a Powerful Self We often think about building the child's future. Really? So many of us have changed our professional fields, often multiple times. That means it makes sense to focus on building our core self rather than worrying about the future. How about empowering them with self-leadership of thinking, power of doing, and process of self-assessment and self-reflection.
#2: Gift your child Meaningful Work Why make them learn to work when they can Work to Learn. The real learning for most of us happens on-the-job. We've seen when youth do work for clients or industry - they find it exciting, challenging and rewarding. Needless to say, learning is accelerated since it is required, relevant and real. How about giving them work which directly adds value to the world and in turn builds their professional life.
#3: Gift your child a Cohort When it comes to learning, people usually talk about teachers and mentors. But in reality, who influences our learning journey the most? - peers and friends. They are the ones who are always there to push, pull, question. And they also subtly change the way we look at the world and ourselves. How about giving our children the energy of a cohort of individuals passionate for collaboration, co-facilitation and growing together. | | Join us for an online meet-up to discuss how we can gift these to our teenagers, specially who are raring to discover their passions and grow in them professionally.

We're meeting this Thursday at 7pm IST and again on Saturday at 5pm IST | | | | | | | | Aarohi offers Coversity - a journey for youth 14-21 year olds to discover their passions by doing real industry work and grow in their chosen domain professionally. They lead this journey with a cohort of youth with similar passions and commitment while being supported by Mentors, Guides and the whole Aarohi Community.
