Hello Rashmi Virendra In a supermarket, an old man spots a mid-aged man buying chocolates. The old man asks, "Dear, I want to know if these chocolates are your needs or wants?" The mid-age man smiles and answers, “This dark chocolate is for my wife. It's her want and her wants are my needs” “And the box of Ferrero Rocher?” Quipps the Old man. “That's for my teenager. It's her need and her needs are my wants” “Thats Deep” The Old man remarks as he starts to soak in what the man had just shared. The story does not end here, but for now, we will join the Old man in his Reflection: Teenagers may seem to sometimes not want us.But they definitely need us. Perhaps their needs are very similar to our needs - to be accepted unconditionally, to be given space to do my whats and hows, to be listened and understood, etc. And one big need - to be recognized that I have the capabilities to fulfill my wants.
